We hosted our wedding at The Ray Hotel and couldn’t have been happier. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were on the Cube Rooftop, with the reception in the Cube. We stayed at The Ray Hotel for our wedding weekend in Delray Beach and couldn’t recommend it more. We had a wedding room block for our guests, and everyone loved the experience. The location is perfect, just steps from great bars, restaurants, and shops, and the hotel has a resort like feel that made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend. On Friday night, The Ray hosted our rehearsal dinner, which was catered by the incredible Campi restaurant team, delicious and beautifully done. We followed dinner with welcome drinks on the rooftop, which was such a fun way to kick off the weekend. Huge thanks to The Ray team for helping make our wedding weekend so special!

Yes, The Ray Hotel offers room blocks. We can accommodate a block of rooms, which provides your guests with a discount group rate. 10 guest rooms per night minimum required for a group rate.
Yes, The Ray offers spaces for getting-ready on-site. Our suite room type is limited and based on availability at time of request.
Yes, the venue is climate-controlled.
Yes, there are restrooms on-site in the hotel lobby, at all restaurants, and on the Cube Rooftop. Private restrooms are also located inside of The Cube.
In The Ray’s rental agreement, clear chiavari chairs, all in house banquet furniture, indoor 16 x 16 white dance floor, and white or black poly linen are included.
The Ray does not offer a décor package.
The hotel does not permit the use of candles (unless enclosed in proper votives or water setups), smoke machines, fog machines, dry ice, confetti, incense, or any other items or activities that generate smoke or offensive odors. If you wish to include any of these elements in your event, please consult the Event Manager to confirm whether your vision is acceptable.
Due to limited storage space, the hotel kindly asks that deliveries of packages or personal items be limited to no more than three (3) business days before your event. All packages must be clearly labeled with the group name, event dates, on-site contact, and the name of your Event or Catering Manager. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any improperly labeled packages.
Please note: Any personal items left behind after the event are subject to disposal unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon with your Event Manager. The hotel does not guarantee storage of any items post-event without this agreement.
Vendors may load in and pack up in the service area behind the hotel unless otherwise specified.
Catering is provided by Campi Italian, with optional add-ons available from Akira Back and Rosewater Rooftop by Akira Back.
For kosher or specialty catering, third-party vendors may be used, but this must be approved in advance by the Event Manager.
Yes, the client may bring in their own vendor. Any vendor not on The Ray’s preferred vendor list must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the hotel as an additional insured.
The hotel requires that you provide a day-of wedding planner for your event. The planner must be a professional with insurance and should be introduced to the Event Manager during the planning process.
